PROCESS MANAGEMENT

“PROCESS MANAGEMENT TRAINING”

Instructor: Dr. Ümit ÖZEN / www.drumitozen.com

Participant Profile: Company owners, company top managers, process managers, department managers.

Purpose: Institutionalization of companies is possible if the work runs smoothly, independently of the employees. Process management will be achieved by describing the work done and drawing it with a certain technique, turning it into a structure that everyone can understand and reach. Drawing processes is not enough; as new work is done over time or changes in existing work structures must be updated by including them in the process diagrams as soon as possible. Benefits should be gained from every work done, therefore process management should be the job of every employee. Everyone should perform and improve the process activities they are responsible for in the best way possible. Accordingly, individual performance parameters can be created. In individual performance evaluations of companies at the end of the year, individual performance achievements can be evaluated more concretely and based on numbers. Companies that have adopted process management as a culture are now taking steps to gain competitive advantage by discussing their future situations through these drawings and asking how they can do this job faster and in a shorter time with fewer resources.

In this training, process drawing techniques will be discussed and process drawing techniques will be reinforced with examples. The subject will be examined with good and bad examples. The necessary steps for process management to become a culture of the organization will be discussed. The Balanced Scorecard model for measuring and monitoring process performances will be explained, examples will be given from the integration and monitoring of strategy and process performances, and the subject will be understood through group work. Strategy maps will be created and a study will be carried out on how success performance parameters should be found and followed.
