Participant Profile: Company owners, company senior management, directors, managers, all process owners, department managers and employees who make operational and strategic decisions, quality employees, auditors, customer relations department employees
Purpose: ISO 9001 Quality Management standard is one of the most basic standards, widely used and implemented all over the world since 2004 by the International Standards Organization (ISO), which companies must apply regardless of their size, regardless of the sector they operate in. All other standards are detailed towards the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Therefore, companies must first obtain the ISO 9001 certificate.
In this training, in order to apply this standard correctly and effectively, the basic features and standard articles of the standard are explained by giving examples from different sectors, thus reinforcing the subject.
In order to understand whether the requirements of the standard are met by internal audits within the institution, auditor training is given in the last part of this training. The importance and message of the subject is tried to be conveyed through in-group practice studies with lots of discussion and active participation.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification is given to participants who achieve over 70 points in an exam held at the end of the training. With this certification, employees will be able to audit their own company's processes, documents and applications to see if they comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
